Accounts Executive
- To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.
- Responsible in preparation of full set of accounts and timely submission of monthly management accounts.
- To prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents.
- To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
- To handle petty cash and reimbursement.
- To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in accounting standards, internal control policy and procedure.
- Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
- Proficient in accounting software. (UBS will be added advantages)
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
Customer Service / Customer Support
- Manage large volume of customer calls.
- Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Determine opportunities for new sales.
- Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of Diploma or equivalent Core Competencies & Proficiencies Levels.
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the English and native language.
- Ability to multitask, detailed oriented and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling.
- Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and respond professionally.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Sales / Marketing
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, advertising or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and has a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Declaration Clerk & Operation Executive
- Draft and submit customs declarations for K1, K2, ZB, K8 & K9.
- Prepare import and export manifest declarations (K3 & K4).
- Apply for any special port terminal approvals for entry and collection of cargo.
- Submit any additional cargo requirements to respective OGA portals.
- Prepare and submit all documentations for vessel husbanding under the scope and responsibilities of a shipping agency.
- Work closely together with operations executives to clear import and export shipments.
- Update and maintain monthly customs paper jobs and records.
- Check for any product’s HS Codes and the requirements for import and export.
- Competent in basic communicative and written English.
- Proficiency with the usage of word processing, emails and attachments as a basic need for the Bill of Lading drafting process.
- Familiar with or able to learn shipping lines and their online systems.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Able to manage and plan own working schedule to ensure all documentation deadlines are met.
- Must have multitasking ability and a good attention to detail.
- Experienced with using Cargo Declare software for customs declaration.
- Familiar with all relevant online systems, including port terminal systems, Dagangnet, myPorts, ITAP, Fosim etc.
- Familiar with customs HS Codes and requirements.
- Familiar with all forwarding agency scope of jobs.
- Familiar with all shipping agency scope of jobs including vessel declaration and berth application with port terminal.
- Familiar with vessel port call registration with LPK, Customs, Marine Agency and Immigration Department.
Documentation – B/L Executive
- Draft and confirm Bill of Ladings with shipping lines and customers.
- Apply certificates of origins, MITI documents, documents for embassy endorsement.
- Update and sort shipment job files upon completion.
- Update and verify invoices for shipment jobs.
- Competent in basic communicative and written English.
- Proficiency with the usage of word processing, emails and attachments as a basic need for the Bill of Lading drafting process.
- Familiar with or able to learn shipping lines and their online systems.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Able to manage and plan own working schedule to ensure all documentation deadlines are met.
- Must have multitasking ability and a good attention to detail.
